What we do

Three Things We Do With WiFi

Not a catalogue of everything wireless can be — the three we install, configure and support ourselves, across Brunei.

Access Point Installation

Ceiling and wall access points, mounted, cabled and brought onto one managed controller. We work out how many you need and where they go from the layout of the building, then run the cabling and set them up so devices move between them without dropping.

Mesh WiFi Setup

Where running cable to every point is not practical — older buildings, rented units, upper floors with no ceiling access — mesh nodes relay the signal between them instead. One network name across the whole space, and a device stays connected as it moves.

Where it matters

Built for the Way Brunei Businesses Actually Work

Six settings where WiFi stops being a convenience and starts costing you money when it fails.

Open-plan office with staff working on laptops

Offices

Staff move between desks, meeting rooms and floors with laptops and phones. Coverage that holds across the whole floor plate, and a guest network for visitors that does not touch your file server.

Cafe interior with customers seated and a payment counter

Retail and F&B

POS terminals, card readers and stock scanners all sit on the WiFi, so a drop stops the till. Customer WiFi runs on its own network with its own limits, kept well away from the payment side.

Hotel reception desk with a guest checking in

Hotels and Guesthouses

Guests judge a room by whether the WiFi works. In-room and lobby coverage, with a login page carrying your name and per-room or per-stay access codes.

Wireless access point providing coverage across a warehouse with high racking

Warehouses

Racking, metal and concrete break signal in ways an office never does. Access points placed for the aisles and loading bays, so scanners and tablets stay connected where the work happens.

Medical clinic waiting area with reception counter and seating

Clinics and Healthcare

Patient records move between reception, consult rooms and tablets, so the clinical side cannot afford a drop mid-consultation. Waiting room WiFi runs separately, with no route to the systems holding those records.

Bank branch with teller counters and a waiting area

Government and Banking

Counters, back office and public areas each fall under different rules about what may reach what, and the separation has to be documented rather than assumed. The security policy is written before the work starts, not after.

Hardware

Brands We Deploy and Support

The platforms we install, configure and look after. Which one suits your site comes out of the site visit — we recommend against the building and the budget rather than defaulting to one line.

WiFi platforms

We have completed installations on each of these.

TP-Link Omada Controller-managed access points, switches and gateways. The line we deploy most across Brunei, and what the majority of our installations run on.
Ubiquiti UniFi Access points, switches and controllers. Deployed where a site is already standardised on UniFi or wants its management interface.
MikroTik Routing, switching and wireless. Used where a network needs finer control than a standard controller gives you.
Cisco Enterprise switching and wireless, for sites already built around Cisco equipment.

Network security

Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and licensing. A security product rather than WiFi hardware — quoted separately and renewed on its own licence term.

All equipment is supplied through official channels and carries its manufacturer warranty. Every platform on this page is configured and supported by our own team in Brunei.

How it works

From First Visit to a Network That Stays Up

Four steps. You get a written quotation before anyone drills anything.

  1. 01

    Site Visit

We come and look at the building — layout, floors, ceiling type, where the router sits and what cabling already runs. That is what tells us how many access points you need and where they should go. The visit is free and there is no obligation to go ahead.

  2. 02

    Design and Quotation

Access-point count and placement, the hardware list and the cabling work, written up as a quotation. You see the full scope and the cost before anything is ordered.

  3. 03

    Installation and Configuration

Our own technicians run the cabling and mount the hardware. Then the controller, network names, guest portal and access rules are configured and tested on site.

  4. 04

    Handover and Support

We walk you through the admin side before we leave, and hand over your access. After that we are in Brunei and we look after what we installed — changes, faults and additions.

Questions

WiFi Questions We Are Asked Most

Straight answers before you commit to anything.

It depends on the size of the space, the wall and ceiling construction, and how many devices connect at once — not on floor area alone. A small office is often two or three; a hotel floor or a warehouse needs more. We work it out on the site visit and put the number in the quotation.

Often yes. Existing cabling and access points can frequently be reused or added to rather than replaced. Send us the make and model of what you have and we will tell you what can be kept.

Cabled access points each have their own network cable and are the better option when cabling is possible — more capacity, more reliable. Mesh nodes relay wirelessly between each other, which is the answer when running cable is not practical. We often use both in one building.

Yes. The login page carries your logo and your terms, and you choose how guests get on — voucher codes, time-limited sessions, or a simple accept-and-connect screen.

Yes, and it is what we deploy most. Omada is a managed, controller-based system — central management, seamless roaming and guest portals — at a price that suits most Brunei businesses. Where a site is better served by UniFi, MikroTik or Cisco, we deploy that instead.

We are based in Brunei and our own team looks after what it installs. Configuration changes, added access points and fault response, remotely where possible and on site where it is not.
