The ZYCOO CooVox T100-A4 is a compact IP phone system with four analog ports, built for offices that need more than a pair of outside lines or that have analog equipment to keep alongside their IP handsets.
Each of the four ports can be set independently as an FXO outside line or an FXS inside line. That flexibility is the reason most sites choose this model over the two-port T100. An office can run three or four incoming lines, or take two lines and use the remaining ports for an existing fax machine and a legacy analog handset, without adding a separate gateway.
Retaining a fax line matters more than it might seem. Many Brunei businesses still receive orders, purchase orders and government correspondence by fax, and a system with only two ports forces a choice between that fax and a second incoming line.
Alongside the analog ports, the T100-A4 connects to SIP and IMS trunks over the internet with no fixed limit on the number of trunks, so it supports a gradual move from traditional lines to internet calling rather than a single cutover.
System capacity matches the rest of the range: 100 extensions and 50 simultaneous calls, which is well beyond what most SME sites require. Growth is handled by adding handsets rather than replacing the appliance.

Supply and installation
Supplied installed by HiFOCUS Solutions. Our scope covers site survey and network check, mounting and connection of the appliance, phone system configuration, provisioning of each handset, dial plan and auto-attendant setup, and a handover session with your staff once the system is live.
Note that the appliance does not supply power over Ethernet to your handsets. Where PoE handsets are being installed, a suitable network switch is quoted separately.
